THEIR STORY

Ecopetcart is an apparel store from Bengaluru which sells t-shirts made from 100% recycled plastics.

Ecopetcart is a subsidiary of Trashin Recycling Pvt. Ltd which is a waste management company based out of Bangalore, India. It is an initiative to recycle & reuse the plastic waste generated by the country. India generates 9.46 million tonnes of plastic waste annually, of which 40 per cent, most of which is single use.
Ecopetcart want to save some of this plastic going to landfill.

All products are 100% recycled & geared towards saving the environment.

The Stylescape we designed for capturing initial ideas & setting the direction.

After 2 session of branding strategy spanning across 2 days, lots of scribbling, asking questions & uncovering insights, we were able to define the naming, target audience, market positioning & USP of the brand.

They already had an instagram page related to pets with a following of 70k+. So they wanted the brand to resonate with their existing audience as well as connect with their prospect audience.

After discussing with their Head of Marketing - Mr. Akhil Saraf, we started a Market Sophistication Analysis to determine the positioning of their product while running the campaigns.

The brand had to portray playfulness & have an element of green to be relevant to the main mission of the brand.
