Delivery Policy.
Everything we provide is digital. Here is how and when you receive it.

Bettr Branding and Marketing LLP ("Bettr") provides digital services and online software only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
1. Software products (ContentPlanner, Placony)
- Access is delivered online. You can start using a Product as soon as your account is created; paid features are activated immediately, and in any case within 30 minutes, after your payment is confirmed.
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address you registered with. Invoices and receipts are available in your account or on request.
- Products are accessed through a web browser at the Product's own website. No installation or physical media is required.
2. Branding, web design and marketing services
- Project scope, deliverables and timelines are set out in your proposal or agreement. As a guide, a small 5-page website takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch; branding projects are scheduled in milestones.
- Deliverables are delivered digitally — by email, secure download link, shared cloud folder, or direct handover to your hosting or platform account — upon the milestone approvals agreed in the project.
- Final files and ownership transfer on receipt of full payment, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
3. If you have not received access or deliverables
If you have paid but have not received access within 24 hours (for a Product) or by the agreed date (for a Service), email anshul.mittal@bettr.studio with your payment reference. If we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Availability and international customers
Our Services and Products are available worldwide, subject to applicable law and the requirements of our payment partners. Delivery is digital and unaffected by your location.
